Warranty Information
All products contain a manufacturers warranty. Terms of the warranty varies by manufacturer. All warranty information is included with merchandise. If you misplace the information, manufacturers contact information for these issues is available; just send us an e-mail request explaining your needs and we will help you out.
Return Policy
Damage or Missing Parts: First, if the box is delivered damaged, you must either refuse delivery or check the merchandise for damage. If there are missing parts or damages please e-mail us within TEN (10) days of receipt of goods for a claim to be accepted. Simply go to the "Contact Us" page and tell us what you need and we will happily replace the missing or damaged parts.
Simple Return: Go to the "Contact Us" page and tell us what you wish to return. We will give you a return address to send the product to and "Return Number". Simply pack up your return in a secure shipping box, Preferably the one it came in, and send it back. A copy of your order and the "Return Number" must be packed in the box. Your return number will be valid for fourteen (14) days from issue date, after 14 days it will be removed from the system and will not be accepted. Merchandise must be returned delivered. Shipping/Return-shipping costs are not refundable. All refunds/returns are subject to 15% restocking charges. NO RETURNS or exchange after 30 days of delivery.
